In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the kid4d website accessible at kid4d.vip, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any associated applications made available to players.
• "We", "Us", "Our" means kid4d and its authorised operators, partners, and service providers responsible for operating the Platform.
• "You", "Player", "User" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform, browses the Platform without registration, or uses any service offered through the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you upon successful completion of the registration process on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and eligible bonus funds held in your Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free-spin equivalent credit, cashback, or other non-cash incentive credited to your Account as part of a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made from your own verified payment source that are held in your Account and are available for wagering or withdrawal, subject to these Terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed or when otherwise required by us.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole transactional currency on the Platform.

To create and maintain an Account on kid4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
2. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law.
4. You must not currently be subject to self-exclusion on the Platform or any exclusion measure imposed by us at our sole discretion.
5. You must be registering and playing on your own behalf — not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
6. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of kid4d or any of its affiliated operators or technology providers.

We reserve the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close the Account and withhold any Balance pending investigation.

To access the full range of Services on kid4d, you are required to complete the registration process and create an Account. By doing so, you agree to the following terms:

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian national identity card, KTP, or passport), date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method details. You are responsible for keeping this information current and must notify us promptly of any changes.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own identity, a variation of your name, or another person's details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, we reserve the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, forfeit all Bonus Funds, and withhold any Balance pending investigation. Real Money Funds may be returned at our discretion following satisfactory KYC completion on the primary account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. kid4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account as a result of your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure is finalised, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon request, subject to fresh eligibility verification, unless the closure was made as part of a self-exclusion request (in which case separate responsible gaming terms apply).

kid4d supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels, all processed natively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) with no platform-side currency conversion fee:

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Deposits made via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your Account balance within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfers via BCA BI-FAST and other real-time transfer rails are credited upon receipt of cleared funds, which is generally within 10–30 minutes. During peak periods or national public holidays in Indonesia, processing times may be slightly longer. kid4d is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider or your bank.

Withdrawal requests are processed by our finance team 24 hours a day, seven days a week, across WIB, WITA, and WIT time zones. Target processing times are as follows:

• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay): Under 10 minutes for verified accounts
• Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): Within 30 minutes for verified accounts during normal banking hours
• First Withdrawal: May require completion of KYC before processing commences

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

1. Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
2. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the name on your KYC documents. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
3. Any deposit made and not wagered at least once before a withdrawal request is submitted may be subject to an administration review and a processing fee at our discretion, intended to cover payment gateway costs.
4. Bonus Funds and winnings generated from Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn after all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met in full.

All transactions on the kid4d Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). kid4d does not accept deposits in any other currency. Any funds received in a foreign currency will be declined or returned at the sender's expense.

kid4d offers a variety of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free-spin equivalents, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Indonesian cultural calendar (including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented, which are supplementary to and consistent with these general bonus terms.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, all Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied in full before any withdrawal request relating to those funds or associated winnings will be approved. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated prominently in the offer terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slot games typically contribute 100% towards the wagering requirement, while live casino games, sportsbook wagers, and other products may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the offer terms.

kid4d actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer; placing low-risk offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play intent; using automated software or bots; and colluding with other players to meet wagering thresholds artificially. Where bonus abuse is detected, we reserve the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and close the account without notice.

Bonus Funds and any associated free-spin credits that are not used within the validity period stated in the specific offer terms will expire and be removed from your Account balance automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

kid4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after you have already opted in and met the qualifying conditions, any Bonus Funds already credited will be honoured subject to the original wagering requirement.

The following rules apply to all gaming activity on the kid4d Platform, spanning slot games, live casino tables, sportsbook markets, crash games, and arcade titles.

All games offered on the kid4d Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness and RTP accuracy. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published in each game's information panel. For crash and arcade games, provably fair methodology is applied and the outcome verification process is available to players upon request.

A bet is considered final and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform. In the event of a technical failure after a bet is accepted but before the outcome is determined, the bet will be settled on the basis of the available data at the point of failure. Bets that cannot be settled fairly due to a technical failure will be voided and the stake returned.

Sportsbook markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures — are governed by our Sportsbook Rules available on the Platform. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) and voor bola (Asian handicap) bets are subject to additional rules as stated at the time of bet placement. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or venue changes, settlement will follow the rules stated in the applicable market terms.

In the event of a game, software, or connectivity malfunction, kid4d reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds that were affected. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the governing principle. We will endeavour to notify affected players promptly and return all voided stakes to Account balances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kid4d Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age, or on behalf of a minor.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or pricing error on the Platform. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known error are void.
• Engaging in collusion or chip-dumping with other players on any game type.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated through your payment provider without first contacting kid4d support to resolve the dispute. Chargeback abuse will result in immediate account suspension and debt recovery proceedings.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their explicit consent.
• Publishing, distributing, or reproducing any content from the Platform without our prior written authorisation.
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward kid4d staff or other Platform users.

kid4d is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant gaming environment. As part of this commitment, we are required to verify the identity and age of all players before processing withdrawals and at any other time we deem necessary.

You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or passport — must show full name, date of birth, and photograph clearly.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits (e.g., BCA mobile banking screen showing your name and account number).

All content on the kid4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of kid4d or its licensed content partners (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, and Spribe) and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its content strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display publicly, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content will constitute an infringement of our intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kid4d's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kid4d shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.
• Loss arising from your reliance on information displayed on the Platform.
• Interrupted access to the Platform caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, cyberattack, force majeure events, or disruptions to third-party payment infrastructure (including outages affecting BCA, BRI, OVO, or other payment partners).
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Gambling losses incurred during normal use of the Platform — by accessing the Services, you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you may lose funds wagered.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

kid4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with the Account.
• A chargeback or payment dispute filed by the player against a kid4d transaction.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or terrorist financing.
• A player-initiated self-exclusion request.
• Any other reason that, in our reasonable professional judgment, is necessary to protect the Platform, other players, or third parties.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Bonus Funds and winnings generated from Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real Money Funds in the Account balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding investigation, unless they are subject to a legal hold or seizure order.

kid4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights, obligations, or the core economics of using the Platform — we will provide at least seven (7) days' notice via a prominent notification on the Platform and/or by email to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amended Terms take effect. We will honour any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure in the normal course.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to licensed online gaming operators.

Any unresolved dispute arising between you and kid4d that cannot be settled through direct negotiation with our support team will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
